Individual Assessment

We provide evaluation of a person’s knowledge, skills, abilities and personal style to understand their characteristics and behaviour relevant to successful job performance.

We use a combination of leading psychometric tools and behavioural interviews to support clients across a range of situations, including external and internal selection, individual development, leadership succession and performance management.

Our Approach

We conduct in-depth, structured, competency based interviews to assess participants’ level of capability in areas critical to success in their role and organisation today and into the future.

We assess verbal and non-verbal behaviour, the subsequent impact and any notable omissions, i.e. what the participant doesn’t say.

All leadership interviews are conducted by certified, experienced Leadership Consultants to ensure consistently high quality outcomes.

Assessments can be conducted against client leadership frameworks / criteria, a standard competency library, or we can create a bespoke competency framework.

Assessment &

Development Centres

We are able to offer bespoke design or ready-made assessment and development centres consisting of a range of different exercises.

These typically include individual and group role plays, presentations, interviews, written exercises, psychometric questionnaires and we use them for internal selection or promotion, individual development and leadership succession.

360 Degree Feedback

360 degree feedback is a highly effective development tool for helping leaders to build their self-awareness and understand the impact they have on those around them.

We use a range of either standard or tailor-made online questionnaires, plus verbal 360 degree interviews.

360 degree feedback helps to facilitate culture change and support leadership development programmes, as well as identify training needs and development requirements.
