Target Leadership Consulting is a specialist talent management firm that helps clients select, retain and develop its leaders.

We have a great deal of experience of working with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Private Equity, Life Sciences and Manufacturing/Industrial.

Previous programmes delivered include:

  • Succession & talent management programme for a leading Investment Management business to identify the required attributes of future leaders of the business, evaluation of individuals to progress and the provision of the support needed in terms of their personal development.
  • Development of a sales leadership team of a Fortune 500 distribution business to help them strengthen their individual and collective leadership capability and drive results in a more effective way through their sales teams.
  • Design and delivery of a programme to identify and evaluate the potential of future leaders at various levels of a financial services client, including building a leadership framework and high-potential model, individual assessments and 1:1 coaching.
  • Senior team development programme to drive greater collaboration within teams and across a Professional Services organisation to strengthen links between different functions. Utilising individual and team 360 feedback, action learning and team development workshops.
  • Assessment centre design and facilitation for a FTSE 100 telecommunications client to support the selection of a new leadership team following a restructure of one of their divisions following a change in strategic direction.

Paul Surridge

Managing Partner

Paul has held several senior consulting and leadership positions within a range of global leadership consulting and executive search firms prior to starting Target Leadership Consulting.

Paul has been a Leadership Consultant for over 15 years and has significant experience of working with organisations of all sizes and scale, across multiple industries, on people and leadership transformation and cultural change programmes.

Paul’s main areas of expertise are individual / team assessment and coaching – typically to support executives and their teams at times of significant strategic and organisational change.

Paul acts as an advisor to C-suite leaders within a number of global organisations, helping them to identify the unique leadership capabilities required to drive corporate strategy and ensure they have the right leaders in place to execute.

Paul also provides individual and team coaching with the aim of helping leaders, through individual or collective transitions, to new ways of working – whether that be alignment to a new strategic direction or aiding individuals as they transition into new roles.

Patrick Lee

Associate Consultant

Patrick is a consultant and delivery expert working primarily in executive and leadership development. During the past 20 years he has been employed by several consulting firms who operate in this area.

This has entailed delivering services to a wide range of organisations across multiple sectors including international assignments in the US, Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

His specialist skills are in coaching and assessment, along with a wide range of capabilities developed during his earlier career within Learning and Development and Change Management.

This includes the design and delivery of leadership training, masterclasses on specific topics (eg coaching, performance management, interview skills), and other associated activities such as developing values, competences, success profiles etc.

About

Yvette is a Chartered Psychologist (Cpschol, AFBPsS) with expertise in Leadership Development and Assessments, working with multinational companies and government entities worldwide. She has consulted on key projects, including assessment and development centres, 360-degree feedback programs, facilitation and training, talent and OD interventions and psychometric assessments. She is also an Executive Coach leveraging integrated and holistic approaches.​

Previous Experience
Before joining Target Leadership Consulting, Ms. Ramchunder consulted with diverse global organisations such as civil service, universities, international development organisations, health service, government departments, telecommunications, manufacturing, utilities, chemicals distribution, insurance, banking and IT. Her client work was focused on the areas of talent management, HR transformation and Executive Coaching.​

Areas of Expertise
Yvette is respected as a consummate professional in the field and is acknowledged for her vim and verve, relatability and intuitive intelligence. She has a superlative ability to intertwine psychology and one’s internal wisdom to kindle growth. Yvette has successfully led numerous assessment projects and provided end-to-end project management. Designing competency frameworks, selecting assessment centre methodology, delivering assessment centres which include role-playing and assessing behavioural exercises and using psychometrics. Summing up her end-to-end assessment experience, she writes comprehensive, integrated assessment reports and provides feedback results to clients. Another specialist skill applied by Yvette is executive coaching. She adopts a holistic approach, assisting clients to reach a state of awareness in relation to their potential.​
