Building upon existing role profiles, we work with clients to build detailed success profiles. These identify the key attributes required to achieve success in a specific role or function. 

The success profiles are then used as a framework to evaluate candidates – whether as part of executive search & selection, succession planning, or leadership development.

Competency Modelling

To ensure that our clients have the right leadership capabilities to deliver their business strategy, we design competency frameworks to detail the leadership attributes needed to drive organisational success.

This then forms the basis for recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, career development & planning and compensation & benefits.
